I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet suburb. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even arranging a different room for me when there was a change in plans. The location was perfect for me, situated in a safe area and in close proximity to everything I needed. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent value for money.
Although there were a few minor issues with the shower doors not aligning perfectly, it didn't take away from my overall positive experience.

The room was nicely decorated and had all the basic necessities. We were able to enjoy free and good quality WiFi, which was a great advantage. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great as it was close to key attractions in the area, making it easy for us to explore the city.
There were a few negative aspects during our stay. Firstly, we were disappointed that the cutlery and crockery were limited and not replenished during our stay. Secondly, the shower leaked, making it difficult to comfortably use. Finally, there was incorrect information on the hotel website, which caused a misunderstanding with our booking.
